The main features of the training program are:

•All courses are designed with little or no pre-requisite on part of students, thereby even below average student can be benefited.

•Training program involves working on live projects in case of software (.net, php, java, oracle android application, I-phone application etc) and state-of-art tools in case of VLSI and CAD/CAE etc.

•Progress of each student or a group of student, and the quality of the work done, is evaluated by a third party, and documented for adjusting the direction of training.
